Adlerian Therapy
Explore discouragement, belonging, and patterns in how you relate to yourself and others.
A straightforward, relaxed, and compassionate approach to helping adults and teens feel less stuck and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves or from others. I work with men, women, and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, procrastination, work stress, family challenges, and performance pressures.
My approach is practical and compassionate, helping clients understand what’s driving their struggles and develop tools to create real, lasting change. My style is straightforward and relaxed, with just enough structure to keep us moving forward. I’m not afraid to bring sarcasm and laughter into the room, because therapy should feel real and human.
I help clients understand what’s behind their struggles and create real, lasting change. Using Adlerian Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help people explore where they feel discouraged and develop practical ways to think, feel, and act differently. I believe two core human needs shape much of our experience—belonging and control.

I believe that people are capable of growth, and that with the right support and insight, you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and balance than before. Taking the first step can feel intimidating; let’s do it together.
