Meet the team

My name is Alex

I draw my practice from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have a passion working with adults who want to work on setting boundaries and identifying cycle’s in their life and relationships that they would like to change. I also work with adolescents down to the age of 13 years old and incorporate activities when needed. I believe that I can help my clients find answers within themselves and help them build strong self-worth.

If you are looking for someone who can incorporate lightheartedness and laughter, I could be a good fit for you. I understand that life can be hard and overwhelming, and we sometimes don’t know how to handle it alone. I am empathetic, honest, and supportive of what my clients need at any given time.

Taking the first step to start therapy can be difficult, I hope to support you with getting started and throughout your journey.
