Therapist — Adults, Adolescents (13+), and Couples
My name is Alex. I draw my practice from Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I
have a passion for working with adults who want to set healthier
boundaries, notice patterns in their lives and relationships, and
step into new chapters with more confidence.
I also work with adolescents down to the age of 13 and like to bring
in activities or creativity when it helps. I believe that people
carry a lot of wisdom inside themselves, and therapy can be a place
to uncover that wisdom and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
If you’re looking for someone who can be honest, empathetic, and
still make room for lightheartedness and laughter, I might be a good
fit for you. Life can feel like a lot, and you don’t have to sort
through it alone.
Taking the first step to start therapy can be difficult. My hope is
to make that step feel a little more comfortable and supportive.
